Looking for Welltest POSTER for different reservoir models!!

Hi Guys, I used to have a pansystem, EPS, pdf file that has all the reservoir models that we can possibly have all summarized on this huge poster!! I cannot find it!

I am wondering if anyone has it or has something similar to share it with me... it is really useful guys!

I have looked but there is none ..... i am pretty sure it is from EPS and if anyone has it or has something similar pleaaaaase share it with us!
