ECLIPSE and PVT tables for a Black oil Model
Hello,
Two alternatives exist when constructing the PVT table in ECLIPSE:
1- Using Rs and Bo composite calculated from differential and separator tests.
2-Using directly differential test data along with the flash transformation facility(COMPFLSH keyword).
The second one should be used if if the bubble point pressure varies significantly within the reservoir.
My concerns are:
-In case of a reservoir under a gas injection, it's possible to use the first option?
-Which separator test we should use if we have more than one test in th PVT report?
Thank you .

With gas injection you have a problem. The reservoir fluid composition will change. The question is how much? Here you would need to do PVT experiments (PVT package) to see if you need to use compositional simulation. Why? Take a look at this

Paper
No simple answer for you friend but gas injection is not a simple problem to model. Unless you ignore a lot of processes that would in "reality" be occurring

from hereAn extensive experimental program aimed at establishing a model for the miscibility behavior for this complex fluid system is described. The work resulted in the development of an equation of state (EOS) model capturing the miscibility behavior across the range of API gravities, as well as a set of black oil correlations consistent with the EOS.
