Eclipse DATA Deck Editor

Hello Eclipse Users, for those who are struggling with the text editors to prepare the Eclipse DATA deck, here bellow the 4shared link for the software in subject (TextPad), hope you'll find it useful! 4shared Cheers, Abdelkader P.S.: for those who are meticulous, you can look for RE-Studio from Ama...

Tejaswy, try to check the permeability you imposed perhaps it's too high and so makes the influx come preferentially to P2 rather than a balance between your 2 wells! Another point would be the draw down you are choosing t produce your well, try to comment it and let the software compute the THP usi...

Tejaswy,
instead of using 0 try to use 0.05 for example instead!
and fix the minimum pore volume value for the cells to 500 rbbls for instance (MINPV keyword), Eclipse will shut the cell (make it inactive) as its pore volume would be under the value specified above!
Hope it'll help!

Bilal,
I am not sure I am getting your point well, but under Eclipse, you can specify a constraint for a specific well, have a look in the User guide, under keyword WCONPROD and related keywords!

you can also try the WPIMULT keyword that would change PI of the well (by a multiplier)...one last advice "always keep Eclipse guide" open when you are doing simulation as you can always have a look at the signification the sens and use of the keywords you are wondering to use!

Bilal, you need more that that to make PVTi work for you such as the composition of the sample! the software will need the composition of your hydrocarbon as first input than you can specify a separator with a set of conditions as number of stages if any and respective pressure and temperature of ea...

Bilal, I would follow the advise of Fanarco, having not the saturation data especially for water you won't be able even to use the J function equation as it needs the Swirr for calculations. If you have have the Sw distribution along with your Rel Perm values you can do the computation by estimating...

"Geology of Iraq"
or any related material.

I am Resrvoir Engineer but still looking for good books in geology as it's the first step to understand a field from before to go on til the simulation.

Thanks in advance!

sorry man but the only way I know to split between producing layers is to run MPLT son you can assess the contribution of each layer, in a second attempt you could run a well test after the PLT so you can identify each layer's skin and permeability!

Hope it'll help!
cheers
