in the equation of getting the average pressure, well drainge area is required, so how this area can be got?

and for the shape factor,e.g to assume that the well is in the centre of a circle or near one corner of a triangle, what condition in order to decide what case to use?

In build up the rate is stable(zero rate) while in the draw down the rate might become unstable and changes a bit.
