HELP Please: Need a good production DPR Format

Hi Friends,
I am in a strong need for a good Production DPR format in MS-excel. It should be simple one

1> One for Engineers (Detailed One)
2> one for non Technical Management People, we generally called this DPR as Short DPR

I shall be glad if you kindly help me at this matter
