Dear Fanarco Members,
Please help me : how to design ESP if any high GOR in surface.
Thanks...

In our field GOR still between 100 - 400 scf/stb.
I change my question : how to calculate Intake Pressure/ Pwf/ Ps if any GOR in surface. Available data : BFPD, BOPD, WFL (working fluid level) and SFL (Static Fluid level), SG oil, water & gas.
IF No GOR, I was used to apply below formulas :
SG Composite = SG water * WC + SG oil * (1-WC)
Intake Pressure = (Pump Setting Depth - WFL) * 0.433 * SG Composite
etc.

Dear Member;
there are Four basic metods used to avoid or control high GOR
1-Gas Separation
2-Gas Handling
3-Gas avoidance
4-VSD
so please find the attached file which shows all you need
