Newbie with an old question: Eclipse 499 page manual

I just joined the group, and would like to thank everyone for the excellent discussion and shared documents. Would it be too much trouble to ask if someone can post or send me a copy of the 499 page Eclipse 100 training manual? I've checked the existing links, and they seem to be broken/expired.
