Bubble Point Pressure help.
Hello everyone.
I have a basic question please.I would like to clear it through.
I am solving a material balance problem on paper and I have PVT and production data available.
My goal is to find fractional oil recovery till bubble point. From Definition I know that bubble point is a pressure where first gas bubble appears.
Now in this data in my opinion, since Rs changes at 3000 psi so its the bubble point, right?
And will this bubble point be included in saturated part, right?
Do we include bubble point in saturated or under-saturated part?
Anyone can please brainstorm some wisdom on it to help me clear this issue?
Pressures Bo Rs Bg
4000 1.2417 510 ---
3500 1.2480 510 ---
3330 1.2511 510 0.0087
3000 1.222 450 0.0096
Thankyou.

Re: Bubble Point Pressure help.
Yes, you have to include ALL points above bubble point.soman703 wrote:Hello everyone.

I mean in your case you can produce from initial reservoir pressure 4000 Psi to reach 3330 Psi which considered the bubble point pressure.
If you still on production below this point you will get a free gas
