help(potteman and carpenter+IPR)
Hello everyone
i was searching about some material then i told my self you can ask MR.FANARCO or fanarco forum users they can can help you
do you have any thing about IPR and vertical lift performance ( Potteman and carpenter , Gilbert method , i have a home work and i dont know how to solve it )( especially estimation of pressure loss during tubing flow by potteman and carpenter)
Is there a program to draw IPR directly or calculate change in pressure in side tubing
thank you very much

Dear Shaho ,,,,
You mentioned two Major topics : (IPR and Vertical Lift Performance VLP).
These are two separate aspects and when combined with each other it gave Inflow/Outflow performance relationship.
Inflow is IPR mean inside the formation which is IPR and Out is the flow through tubing (VLP or Nodal Analysis).
This tool is essential especially in the early stage of the producing well to identify the appropriate completion (Tubing size). and can also used for reservoir simulation history match....etc.
Is this what you need.
