There is many ways to make the wells/reservoir allocations.

The preferred method is to calculate the total field production then divide the total field production on the contribution of each well.

Example:

If we have a field producing from three wells, A-1 producing 2000 BOPD from the last test, A-2 producing 3000 BOPD and A-3 producing 5000 BOPD.
All of these data obtained from the last production test for each well.

Then, the expected total oil production will be the sum of all three wells test data which is 10,000 BOPD

BUT, the actual production of the field measured is 9,000 BOPD only, So, we should allocate this figure :

Allocated A-1 production = 9000 x 2000/10000 = 1800 BOPD
Allocated A-2 production = 9000 x 3000/10000 = 2700 BOPD
Allocated A-3 production = 9000 x 5000/10000 = 4500 BOPD

The gas and water allocation will be the same of oil

If you can send the data and number of wells i can make a template on Excel sheet for you
