Radial model

Dear guys,
I need the radial grid model using Eclipse simulator for my core flooding. I working on it however I got lot of difficulties. If someone can help me, please share.

I possible, could you please share me your dataset file? I also have CMG's Simulator.
So, what module in CMG's you used? Imex, STARS or Gem?
