Change in permeabilites with time

Post by Tejaswy »

Hello Guys,

I was wondering if it was actually possible to change he permeabilites in a reservoir as we simulate it.

If we are producing a well, in real life it is bound to loose some permeability. But in simulation the permeability is kept constant. So can we introduce a fuction in EClipse programming which can reduce the permeabilty in the simulation too ?

You can change the skin factor at any time in the simulation case but permeability ,,,

you can also try the WPIMULT keyword that would change PI of the well (by a multiplier)...one last advice "always keep Eclipse guide" open when you are doing simulation as you can always have a look at the signification the sens and use of the keywords you are wondering to use!
