Eclipse Fine tuning

Hi,
I was wondering if any of you guys can help me out with the following key words.

I use them but I am not too sure as to what they mean

for example

DEBUG
2 4 /

I want to know what is this keyword and how it effects the Simulation

TUNING
1 60 /
/
40 1 50 /
/
12 1 50/
/

/

Yes I have read the manual, It kind of confused me more than clearing up stuff.

So can you help me out please.
