How can i open SSD using Wire line

I have SSD CMU 2.75"
When we using B shifting tool to open it, it some times passed without latching and other times latch and made sharing in its dogs

How can we solve it

Good quesion
You can visual inspect the shifting tool after POOH
You can change its dogs or its spring and try again
