Petrel 2008.1 and eclipse 2005 engine

Does anybody know petrel 2008.1 can run with any eclipse version?

One of the main features of Petrel 2008 is to join to Eclipse or as a built in feature

Thanks you Fanarco Admin, I'm just beginner of petrel. So, I knew that petrel is like eclipse office feature to build geological and reservoir model then can run simulation with background eclipse 100 or 300. So let say I've petrel 2008.1 an eclipse 2005, can I run simulation with those two softwares. Kindly reply my question.

Yes you can run them separately, because the Eclipse 2005 is not a built in module in Petrel 2008
You can build your static model with petrel 2008, then open Eclipse 2005 and input the model created by Petrel 2008
It is simple and easy
