I think more that 4000 SCF/STB GOR it is not allowed to use ESP
Try another artificial lift like gas lift or Jet pump...... etc depends on your conditions

In our field GOR still between 100 - 400 scf/stb.

I change my question : how to calculate Intake Pressure/ Pwf/ Ps if any GOR in surface. Available data : BFPD, BOPD, WFL (working fluid level) and SFL (Static Fluid level), SG oil, water & gas.
IF No GOR, I was used to apply below formulas :
SG Composite = SG water * WC + SG oil * (1-WC)
Intake Pressure = (Pump Setting Depth - WFL) * 0.433 * SG Composite
etc.

2-Gas Handling
3-Gas avoidance
