after you click the link go to file menu and then go to login as menu and insert user and password, so you can see them.

Thank you very much for all the information on you FTP. THere is one request from my side.
The book Advanced Techniques for Reservoir Simulation and Modeling of Non Conventional Wells does not exist on the CAPE Ftp.
Could you please check and reload?
