Driling cost and time analysis

i'm doing an analysis in some fields in colombia, there r deep wells of about 15000 to 19000 ft and costs betwen 20 to almost 50 MU$ so i'd like to know if someano want to share information and/or experiences of this kind of studies so any question or sugestion is welcome. i'll start sharing some software and documents concerning to this subject soon just start asking

You mean 20 million or 20 thousand dollars ????
If 20 million it will be very highly cost compared with that in Egypt

the average costs of the drilling on this field is about 20 millions thats why tha research i'm doing its important
