ECLIPSE PARALLEL Problem on PC

Post by doombuggy »

I am trying to Run Eclipse in PARALLEL and I have received the following error from cmd.exe

============================================
Cleaning up...
Analyzing the input file (it may take a while)...
Required resources are available. Launching in progress...
Error Unable to locate Intel MPI installation folder on this machine (chip='defa
ult', system='pc', --arch='auto'). See troubleshooting section of the ECLRUN man
ual for more details.

C:\ecl\2010.1\eclipse\data>
===================================================
Can anyone please over help on how to resolve it.

Thanks

I think its not related to something technical. Better to check your installation on parallel machines, their specs, networking and licensing required for parallel runs.

Thanks Bilal,

I have found the solution. Like you said it was an installation problem. A 3rd party software needed to be installed (Intel MPI) by the Admin.
