hi im new in the oil and gas world, is there any tips how to determine whether there is an aquifer or not in a reservoir..thanks

Its the production history which tells you about the presence of aquifer support. Tarek Ahmed's RESERVOIR ENGINEERING HANDBOOK explains these driving mechanisms with production profiles of different fields.
