Mechanical and Thermal Stretch in Drill Pipe

How to know the Mechanical and Thermal Stretch in Drill Pipe in Well Plan. I am seeing it in Torque Drag Load Summary>Total Stretch Column. With Coeff of thermal expansion as zero for Mechanical and non-zero for Mechanical+thermal.
How to check these stretches on advanced level?
