It depends what do you have within the tubing string? Is there any prior liquid production? or just a dry gas? Dont forget within the tubing you might have a multiphase mixture of oil gas and water which can hold up at the bottom below the gauge?

I think there must be a sample collected during these surveys. Otherwise it is almost impossible to predict bubble point pressure just from the pressure measurements...
