It does not do the reservoir exploitation aspect as outlined above, but you can model roughly your field.

Best book widely available is the C-FER Progressing Cavity Pumping Systems Course notes. You will learn WAY more than you ever needed to know about PC Pumps.

It is distributed with a copy of PC Pump, so there may be an electronic version somewhere. I'll keep my eyes open.
